नागरिक कर्तव्यों के पालन का आह्वान
(लोकतंत्र की सुंदरता इस बात में है कि नागरिक कर्तव्यों के पालन के बिना आपके अधिकार सुनिश्चित नहीं हो सकते।)
समाज के पुनर्निर्माण की पुनः उठी आवाज़, त्याग अपने आपसी वैमनस्य गंभीरता से तू भी भीड़ जा आज, देर भयी, तब भी सही पर "जाग बिहारी जाग"।
लगी पड़ी है हमारे सपनों और अरमानों में आग, डस रहा निरंतर हमारे संस्कारों को विवेकहीन-घिनौनी राजनीति और सरकारी कुव्यवस्था का नाग, देर से ही सही पर अब तो "जाग बिहारी जाग"।
आत्ममुग्ध-कथित नायकों ने किया छल-प्रपंच का काज, सेवकों को सौंपी शक्तियाँ करने हमपे राज। इन दुष्टों के षड्यंत्र ने छीन लिये हैं हमारे सर के तिलक-ताज बिहारी, "जाग बिहारी जाग"।
The Rights That Protect Every Citizen
Duties matter — but so does knowing what the Constitution guarantees you in return.
1) Civil Liberties
Civil liberties are the freedoms protected from arbitrary interference by the State.
- Freedom of speech and expression

- Personal liberty and life

Example: You can express your opinion freely, move anywhere in India, protest peacefully, and live with dignity.
2) Civil Rights
Civil rights focus on equality, protection from discrimination, and fair treatment under the law.
- Equality before law (Article 14)
- Prohibition of discrimination based on religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth (Article 15)
- Equal opportunity in public employment (Article 16)
- Abolition of untouchability (Article 17)
- Protection against exploitation (Articles 23–24)
These rights ensure that every citizen is treated with equality, dignity, and justice.
3) Constitutional Remedies
Article 32 gives you the power to approach the Supreme Court or High Court if your rights are violated.
It is called the "heart and soul of the Constitution" because it allows citizens to fight for justice.

यह इसलिए हुआ है क्योंकि अधिकांश लोगों ने जानबूझकर मौन रहना और अपने देश की राजनीतिक, न्यायिक तथा नौकरशाही व्यवस्था द्वारा किए जा रहे अन्यायों के प्रति अपनी आँखें मूँद लेना चुना है। परिणामस्वरूप स्वामी और सेवकों का संबंध घटकर "राजा और प्रजा" जैसा हो गया है, जहाँ सेवक ही "राजाओं" की भूमिका में आ बैठे हैं। और इन्हीं कठोर दम घोंट देने वाली सच्चाई के कारण "The Commons" का जन्म हुआ है।
